Social League

11th October

The Grand Final is almost here. After a close game last night, Blue Suede Gropers and Multiple Nobodies have qualified for the final. If their game this week is any guide, the final will be a very close game! So make sure to come along and cheer on the teams as they play to be the first name on the Wade Demmer Cup.

5th October

It's almost over! There is a final round of the league to be played next Wednesday - Blue Suede Gropers vs. Multiple Nobodies. This game will be held on Oval #2 (next to The Forum).

On Wednesday 17th, the grand final will be held, when two teams will play for the Wade Demmer Trophy.

1st September

The results from the first three rounds have been placed on the web. I still don't have the scores from the first 2 games, so please email me if you know them.

10th August

The teams have been announced, and are available on the teams page. Make sure to check that you are on a team. If you are not, see Ollie at frisbee, or email him.

Teams will also need to decide on a team name (something more imaginative than Team 1, Team 2, etc). Have a chat to your team-mates on Monday night and let Ollie know when you have a new name.

Finally, make sure to check the draw for your games. And remember to bring the appropriate coloured shirt!

The first ever Newcastle social league is coming!

Competition will commence on August 15th. Games will be every Wednesday at 8:30pm for 7 weeks.
