2. Confirmation of minutes from last annual general meeting (27th October 1998)
   Motion: To accept the minutes from the annual general meeting on the 27th October 1998 to be held as a true account (Amy Taylor, Virginia Crawter)

3. President's Report
   Motion: To accept the presidential account of the past year (Philip Prior, Cindy Carroll)

4. Treasurer's Report
   Motion: To accept the financial report for the past year (Amy Taylor, Andrew Parker)

5. Budget
   Motion: To accept the budget for the year 2000 (Jonathan Holmes, Andrew Parker)

6. Election of Auditor
   Craig Buckles has left the Sports Union so the auditor we used was Rani Prasad.
   Motion: To elect Rani Prasad as our auditor for 2000 (Cindy Carroll, Regina Stephen)

7. Election of President
   Motion: To declare Matthew Kelly as president due to a white ballot (Amy Taylor, Regina Stephen)
   Unanimous Vote

8. Election of Vice President
   Motion: To declare Kate Leys as vice president after winning the vote (Cindy Carroll, Ellen Nicholson)
   Unanimous Vote

9. Election of Secretary
   Motion: To declare Trudi-Anne Wilson as secretary due to a white ballot (Philip Prior, Regina Stephen)
   Unanimous Vote

10. Election of Treasurer
    Motion: To declare Sturt Wilson treasurer due to a white ballot (Adam Lawrence, Scott George)
    Unanimous Vote

11. Election of Social Coordinator
    Notion: To declare Cindy Carroll social coordinator after winning the vote (Ellen Nicholson, Virginia Crawter)

12. Committee delegate
    Motion: To give the power of selection of a committee delegate to the executive committee (Jonathan Holmes, Andrew Parker)
    Unanimous Vote

13. Social Competition Director
    Ideas were bashed around for competitions next year as well as interest in a social competition. Other ideas was a battle of the blocks and intercol competition.

14. General Business

    1. Andrew Olennick brought up the possibility of hosting a tournament and maybe the AUC
