    Shoes - cleats with no exposed metal are acceptable. In fact, cleats (touch football shoes) are highly encouraged to give you extra grip, and to stay competitive with other teams. There are two shops at Charlestown Square (Athletes Foot and SportsCo) and Rebel Sport at Hill Top Plaza which stock the appropriate shoes. Rebel gives Leisure4U members a 10% discount, and AFDA members 5% discount (just quote '3475' and say its for the 'Club Rebate scheme' for the AFDA discount). If you get an AFDA discount, please pass your receipt onto Matt.
