Ultimate Frisbee Club: Annual General Meeting Notice
Dear Club Member,
I am pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ultimate Frisbee Club. The AGM will be held on Thursday, 18th October, in the Harry Bradford Lounge (upstairs in the Squash & Tennis Pavilion) starting at 6:30pm.
This year has been a fantastic year for the club, and I would encourage you to come a support your club.
There will be food and drink provided on the night as well.
If you would like to nominate someone (or yourself) for a position, please do so on the attached form, and hand this to the Club Secretary, Andrew Olennick, by Thursday 11th October.
So come out and support your club, and have a say in the running of the club.

Notes:
The Returning Officer for the election of office bearers shall be Andrew Olennick.
Nomination forms for office bearers are available from the Club Secretary, Andrew Olennick. Nominations of candidates for office bearers are to be delivered to the Secretary no later than Thursday 11th October 2001.
A 2000-2001 financial statement and proposed 2001-2002 budget can be viewed by contacting the Club Treasurer, Sturt Wilson. They will also be available during the Annual General Meeting.
