Rules

The Social League will follow the standard WFDF rules of Ultimate Frisbee (2001 edition), as found here, with the following changes:

Games are 7-a-side. This may be altered by agreement between the 2 captains.

Teams cannot field more than five (5) members of one sex.

Games will last to 15 points, or 75 minutes (whichever comes first). As soon as a game reaches 75 minutes, the current point must be completed. If the scores are tied, then an additional point is to be played.

If necessary, the tie breaker guidelines in the UPA Tournament Formats Handbook will be used to determine the teams playing in the final.
